We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with Standard and Express options available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping — $6.99 AUD flat rate (free on orders over $150)

- Metro areas (NSW, QLD, SA): 5-10 business days
- Regional areas: 3–8 business days
- Western Australia & Northern Territory: 9–15 business days
Express Shipping — $15 AUD flat rate
- Metro areas: next business day
- Regional areas: 1–4 business days
Shipping fees depend on your selected shipping speed and are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or item exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. Kindly no refunds only exchange of good. To request an exchange, please contact us at ariheritage.support@gmail.com with your order number.
Faulty items are eligible for a replacement or store credit — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
